Officers are investigating a hit-and-run collision between a black Cadillac and a bicyclist in Carlsbad, California near La Costa Canyon High School that occurred on Sunday January 31, 2021. The injured bicyclist was transported to Palomar Medical Center with serious injuries. The 26 year old driver of the Cadillac is suspected of driving under the influence.
